Reservations

The 2012 Grand Convention will be held in Grand Rapids, Michigan (July 9 - 12)

Our headquarters is the Amway Grand Hotel with the Courtyard and JW Marriott next door

The Grand Aerie is happy to announce the three hotels hosting Fraternal Order of Eagles members for the 2012 International Convention in Grand Rapids, Mich., will offer complimentary internet for our guests for the duration of the event.

In addition, refrigerators are in all rooms in the Courtyard by Marriott and the Tower section of the Amway Grand. All suites and upgrade rooms in the Pantlind section of the Amway Grand are also outfitted with refrigerators.

Rooms in the J.W. Marriott are equipped with a mini bar, but no refrigerator. To ensure you receive a room with a refrigerator, make your convention reservation today. Members who need refrigerators for medical reasons only are asked to contact the hotel in the event that all rooms equipped with refrigerators are booked.

Scooter Rentals for Your Convenience

Arrangements have been made for scooter rentals on site at the 2012 International Convention July 9-12 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prices are $25/day, $75/weekend or $99/week. Please contact Amigo Scooters to make your reservation: 1-888-892-2580.

Delta Offering Flight Discounts for 2012 Convention

To help alleviate some of the economic stress on our members, Delta Airlines is working with The Fraternal Order of Eagles to offer discounted flights to the 2012 International Convention in Grand Rapids, Mich. The Delta Airlines Discount Code for F.O.E. members is NM8K3. To book over the phone, call 1-800-221-1212 and give the discount code to the operator before confirming your flight. When booking online, after putting in your cities and dates, find the link labeled “Meeting Event Code” and enter the code in the box when prompted to receive your discount. Discount percentages vary depending on the cost of your flight. Please direct all questions regarding the discount flight program to the Delta Support number listed above.
